  2. What types of resources are available on Scholar Planet?
    - We offer a diverse selection of resources spanning various grades 3-12 and subjects, Competitive Examinations such as JEE, Olympiads, and GK. Our content is designed for learners of all levels. We also have some learning games in the app to keep our users engaged in between their learning sessions.
  3. How often is the content updated?
    Scholar Planet regularly updates its vetted content with new courses, lessons, and features. We strive to keep our content relevant and up to date with the latest educational trends. We also take our user feedback for the content using the like and dislike button in the app to value user feedback and improve the quality of the content.
  4. How do I access Scholar Planet across different devices?
    You can access Scholar Planet on multiple devices by using the same account credentials. The app is available on iOS and Android platforms, and you can also access the platform through a web browser.

    Sign Up / Account Creation / Account Deletion

    How do I create an account?
    To create an account and save your progress please follow these instructions:

    • Download and open the Scholar Planet app.
    • Register as a Student/Teacher if you are a new user.
    • You can directly login using Gmail or Apple ID
    • You should now be able to easily log in to your account in the future

    How do I delete my account? If You're a free User

    1. Go to the profile button the Scholar Planet app (found in the top right corner of the home menu)
    2. Click 'Delete Account'
    3. Then your account will be deleted.

    Please note: Only free users can delete their accounts on their own. If you have a starter or Pro and are currently in a trial period, there are a few extra steps you’ll need to take. Below you’ll find a step-by-step guide on how you can delete your Scholar Planer account based on your user status.

    Check Your Subscription Status
    Here are the simplified instructions for checking your subscription status in the App Store and Google Play Store:

    • For the App Store (iOS Users): Open your Settings app on your iPhone or iPad. Tap on your Apple ID name at the top.
      Select Subscriptions.
      Here, you'll find a list of all your active and expired subscriptions. Look for Scholar Planet to see the status.
    • For Google Play Store (Android Users):
      Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device. Tap on your profile icon in the top-right corner. Choose Payments & subscriptions. Tap Subscriptions. This screen will display all your subscriptions, including Scholar Planet, where you can view your subscription status.

    - If You're on a Free Trial
    For the App Store (iOS Users): Open your Settings app on your iPhone or iPad. Tap on your Apple ID name at the top. Select Subscriptions. Find and tap on the Scholar Planet subscription.
    Choose Cancel Trial and confirm. Your trial will be canceled, and you won't be charged once it ends.
    For Google Play Store (Android Users): Open the Google Play Store app. Tap on your profile icon in the top-right corner. Tap Payments & subscriptions. Select Subscriptions. Locate the Scholar Planet subscription.
    Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts to confirm cancellation. Your trial will stop, and there will be no charges after it ends. Remember, you should cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends to avoid any charges.

    - Subscription costs vary depending on the plan chosen. We offer "Pro" plans for both students and teachers, available on a monthly and yearly basis.     - Apple App Store You can make purchases through your Apple ID in the Apple Store.     Yes, Scholar Planet offers a free trial period of 15 days for new users. During this time, you can explore the platform and access all courses to experience the features available.
  6. How many subscription plans do we have ?

    Subscription Plans for Students

    • Free Trial (15 Days):
      A free 15-day trial provides unlimited access to all the features.
    • Free Plan (6 Months)
      After the free trial, you'll get a free plan for 6 months. In this plan, some features like the leaderboard, answer sheets, and advanced levels in Animalscape, access to my school and report card will be locked. But you can still access grades,subjects,Videos,MCQ,notes,GK,JEE,Olympiads, personalized dashboard, live contest and play Animalscape below level 10.
    • Monthly PRO Plan:
      Our Monthly PRO Plan offers students full access to all features, including all subjects and grades, MCQs, videos, notes,olympiads,JEE, leaderboards, pre-added schoolmates, live contests, answer sheets, and various dashboards for 30 days.
    • Yearly PRO Plan:
      The Yearly PRO Plan provides the same comprehensive access to all features as the monthly plan, but for a full year.

    Subscription Plans for Teachers

    • Free Trial (15 Days):
      A free 15-day trial offers teachers unlimited access to all features.
    • Free Plan (6 Months)
      After the free trial, you'll get a free plan for 6 months. In this plan, some features like Unlimited access to competency based Sub Groups, access to upload Private Content with privacy, Unlimited Access to Assignments, Quizzes with previous Records, access to Teacher & Content Specialist Leaderboards, access to Students’ Answer sheets and Report Cards, access to progress report will be locked. But you can still have unlimited Access to My Groups, unlimited Access to Smart Classes, unlimited Access to Subjects & Grades and Chapter video, MCQs & notes, limited Access to Animalscapes and Jumbled words up to 10 levels, unlimited access to Olympiads and Competitive Exam GK, unlimited access to JEE, pre-organized grade-wise groups of your school, access to upload Global content with privacy, participation in live contests and personalized dashboard.
    • Monthly PRO Plan:
      The Monthly PRO Plan provides teachers with full access to all features for 30 days. This includes all subjects and grades, MCQs, videos, notes,subject and global leaderboards, pre-added groups, live contests, student answer sheets, assignments,Quiz and various dashboards.
    • Yearly PRO Plan:
      The Yearly PRO Plan offers the same full access to all features as the monthly plan, but for a year.

    Note: Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Users can modify or cancel their subscription anytime through account settings.

  7. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
    -Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Once cancelled, you will retain access to the platform until the end of the current billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees.

  8. Will I directly get converted to paid subscription after free trial?
    -Yes, you will get automatically converted to the paid subscription you have chosen after the trial ends, unless you cancel it before that.

  1. Can I apply for a refund?
    - Normally we don't offer refunds. If you request a refund within 48 hours of the transaction date, you may get a refund payment, however this will depend on the purchase details.
    - If you purchased our services on a third-party platform (Apple App Store / Google Play), Scholar Planet does not have the right to refund you directly.

    If you made a purchase through the Apple App Store, please log into your iTunes account and apply for a refund from Apple.
