You should now be able to easily log in to your account in the future
Then your account will be deleted.
Please note: Only free users can delete their accounts on their own. If you have a starter or Pro and are currently in a trial period, there are a few extra steps you’ll need to take. Below you’ll find a step-by-step guide on how you can delete your Scholar Planer account based on your user status.
Check Your Subscription Status
Here are the simplified instructions for checking your subscription status in the App Store and Google Play Store:
For the App Store (iOS Users):
Open your Settings app on your iPhone or iPad. Tap on your Apple ID name at the top.
Select Subscriptions.
Here, you'll find a list of all your active and expired subscriptions. Look for Scholar Planet to see the status.
For Google Play Store (Android Users):
Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device. Tap on your profile icon in the top-right corner. Choose Payments & subscriptions. Tap Subscriptions. This screen will display all your subscriptions, including Scholar Planet, where you can view your subscription status.
- If You're on a Free Trial
For the App Store (iOS Users): Open your Settings app on your iPhone or iPad. Tap on your Apple ID name at the top. Select Subscriptions. Find and tap on the Scholar Planet subscription.
Choose Cancel Trial and confirm. Your trial will be cancelled, and you won't be charged once it ends.
For Google Play Store (Android Users): Open the Google Play Store app. Tap on your profile icon in the top-right corner. Tap Payments & subscriptions. Select Subscriptions. Locate the Scholar Planet subscription.
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts to confirm cancellation. Your trial will stop, and there will be no charges after it ends. Remember, you should cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends to avoid any charges.
